avc8 Terms & Conditions — Know the Rules Before You Play

1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player", "you", "your") and avc8 ("avc8", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the avc8 online betting and gaming platform available at avc8.io and all associated subdomains, mobile interfaces, and services (collectively, the "Platform").

By registering an account, making a deposit, placing a bet, launching a casino game, or otherwise interacting with the Platform in any capacity, you unconditionally accept these Terms. This acceptance is effective from the moment of your first interaction with the Platform and remains in force for the duration of your use of any avc8 service.

avc8 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform following the publication of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this document indicates when the most recent changes were made.

2. Eligibility

Access to the avc8 Platform is restricted to individuals who meet all of the following eligibility criteria:

• You are at least 21 years of age. avc8 does not permit registration or use of any service by individuals under the age of 21, without exception.
• You are accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction in which online gambling is not explicitly prohibited under applicable local law.
• You are acting on your own behalf and not as an agent for, or on behalf of, any third party.
• You are not a current employee, contractor, director, officer, or agent of avc8, nor an immediate family member of any such person, for any activity involving real-money wagering.
• You have not previously been excluded from avc8 or had an account permanently closed due to a violation of these Terms.
• You have full legal capacity to enter into binding contracts in your jurisdiction.

avc8 may request documentary evidence to verify eligibility at any time, including but not limited to a government-issued national ID, passport, or birth certificate. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the requested timeframe may result in account suspension and withholding of pending withdrawals pending verification.

3. Account Registration

3.1 One Account Per Player

Each individual is permitted to hold exactly one registered account on the avc8 Platform. The operation of multiple accounts — whether under the same identity, different identities, different devices, different IP addresses, or different payment methods — is strictly prohibited. avc8 employs technical and manual detection methods to identify multi-accounting. All accounts identified as duplicates will be closed and any associated balances, bonuses, and pending withdrawals will be forfeited.

3.2 Accuracy of Information

You are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information during the registration process. This includes your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and valid contact details. avc8 may require you to update this information at any point during your account's lifetime. Providing false, misleading, or fabricated information during registration or at any subsequent verification stage is a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate account closure without refund.

3.3 Account Security

You are wholly responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your avc8 account credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication details. You must not share your credentials with any third party. Any bets placed, games launched, or transactions initiated from your account are deemed to have been authorised by you. If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify avc8 immediately at support@avc8.io. avc8 will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access where you have failed to maintain appropriate credential security.

3.4 Account Verification (KYC)

In compliance with our internal anti-money laundering ("AML") and Know Your Customer ("KYC") procedures, avc8 may request supporting documentation before approving withdrawals or modifying account details. Acceptable documents include a valid national identity card, passport, or driver's licence for identity verification, and a recent utility bill or bank statement for address verification. Documents must be legible, unaltered, and issued within the past three months (for address documents). avc8 reserves the right to delay withdrawal processing until KYC requirements are satisfied.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

avc8 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals exclusively in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) through the following approved payment channels: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, and Mastercard. The availability of specific payment methods may vary and is subject to change without prior notice. avc8 does not accept deposits via cryptocurrency, wire transfer, or payment methods not listed in the Platform's current cashier section.

4.2 Minimum and Maximum Transaction Limits

The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. Minimum and maximum withdrawal amounts are displayed in the cashier section of your avc8 account and may vary by payment method. avc8 reserves the right to adjust transaction limits at any time, with or without prior notice.

4.3 Deposit Processing

Deposits made via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay are credited to your avc8 account instantly upon confirmation from the payment provider. Deposits via Visa or Mastercard may take up to 15 minutes to process depending on the issuing bank. avc8 is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors.

4.4 Withdrawal Processing

Withdrawal requests to bKash and Nagad are typically processed within minutes of approval. Withdrawals to other supported methods may take up to 24 hours. All withdrawals are subject to completion of KYC verification and satisfaction of any applicable wagering requirements on bonus funds. avc8 reserves the right to perform additional security checks on withdrawal requests, which may extend processing time.

4.5 Third-Party Payments

You may only deposit from and withdraw to payment accounts registered in your own name. avc8 will not process deposits from third-party accounts and will return any such deposits to their source, less any applicable processing fees. Withdrawals will only be issued to the payment method used for the original deposit, to the extent technically possible.

4.6 Currency

All avc8 account balances, transactions, bets, and winnings are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). avc8 does not perform currency conversions. Any conversion costs incurred through your payment provider are your sole responsibility.

5. Betting & Gaming Rules

5.1 Sports Betting

All sports bets placed on the avc8 Platform are subject to the specific rules governing the relevant market, event, and sport. Rules for individual sports — including cricket (BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, Bangladesh Tigers internationals), football, kabaddi, and other available markets — are published in the avc8 Sports Rules section accessible from your account. In the event of a conflict between the Sports Rules and these Terms, the Sports Rules shall prevail for betting-related matters.

avc8 reserves the right to void, suspend, or settle bets in accordance with applicable rules where events are cancelled, abandoned, or where clear pricing errors have occurred. Settled bets will not be reversed except where a demonstrable system error has resulted in an incorrect settlement. avc8's decision on all sports betting disputes is final.

5.2 Casino Games

All casino games available on the avc8 Platform — including live dealer tables from Evolution Gaming and Ezugi, and slot titles from Pragmatic Play, NetEnt, and Microgaming — operate under the rules established by the respective game providers. Game outcomes are determined by certified Random Number Generator (RNG) systems or by live physical processes in the case of live dealer games. avc8 does not influence game outcomes.

5.3 Aviator

The Aviator crash game, developed by Spribe, uses a provably fair algorithm to determine each round's outcome. Round results are generated independently of avc8's systems. Players may verify the fairness of each Aviator round using the verification tools provided within the game interface.

5.4 System Errors

In the event of a technical malfunction, disconnection, or system error that affects the outcome or settlement of a bet or game, avc8 will investigate and resolve the matter in accordance with its internal error resolution policy. avc8 is not liable for losses arising from system interruptions beyond its reasonable control, including failures in third-party game provider infrastructure or payment gateway outages.

6. Bonuses & Promotions

From time to time, avc8 offers bonuses, free bets, free spins, cashback offers, reload promotions, and tournament prizes to eligible players. The following general terms apply to all promotions unless specific promotion terms state otherwise:

• Each promotion is available only to players who meet the specific eligibility criteria stated in the promotion details.
• Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they — or winnings derived from them — can be withdrawn. Wagering requirements, eligible games, and time limits are specified in each promotion's individual terms.
• avc8 reserves the right to cancel or modify any promotion at any time without prior notice.
• Only one bonus may be active in a player's account at any one time unless explicitly permitted by the promotion's terms.
• Bonus funds must be wagered before real-money funds are used when both are present in an account, unless a player elects to forfeit their active bonus via account settings.
• Any attempt to abuse bonuses — including but not limited to multi-accounting, matched betting with intent to exploit terms, or systematic low-risk wagering designed to meet wagering requirements — will result in bonus cancellation, potential account closure, and forfeiture of any winnings generated.
• avc8's decision regarding bonus eligibility, wagering compliance, and promotion results is final and binding.

7. Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the avc8 Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account suspension, permanent account closure, and forfeiture of account balances:

• Fraud and Misrepresentation: Providing false identity documents, misrepresenting your age, or engaging in any form of identity fraud.
• Multi-Accounting: Operating more than one avc8 account simultaneously or sequentially under any identity.
• Collusion: Coordinating with other players to manipulate game or betting outcomes, including in poker, live casino, or fantasy sports contexts.
• Automated Betting: Using bots, scripts, AI-assisted tools, or any automated software to place bets or interact with casino games without direct human input in real time.
• Arbitrage and Overlay Betting: Systematically exploiting pricing inefficiencies across markets with the intent of risk-free profit rather than genuine recreational betting.
• Money Laundering: Using the avc8 Platform to deposit, transfer, or withdraw funds as part of any money laundering or financial crime scheme. avc8 cooperates fully with relevant authorities and reports suspicious transactions in accordance with applicable law.
• Chargebacks: Initiating a payment chargeback with your payment provider after funds have been used for betting or gaming. Any chargeback will result in immediate account suspension and recovery of outstanding amounts through all available legal means.
• Platform Abuse: Attempting to hack, reverse-engineer, scrape, disrupt, or otherwise interfere with the operation of the avc8 Platform, its servers, or its underlying software infrastructure.

8. Privacy & Data

avc8 collects, stores, and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms and is incorporated herein by reference. By registering on the avc8 Platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

avc8 uses 256-bit SSL encryption across all data transmissions. Account data, transaction records, and game history are stored securely on protected servers. avc8 does not sell personal data to third parties for marketing purposes. Data may be shared with payment processors, KYC/AML service providers, and regulatory authorities where required by law.

9. Responsible Gaming

10. Intellectual Property

All content on the avc8 Platform — including but not limited to the brand name, logo, website design, user interface elements, text, graphics, images, game thumbnails, promotional materials, and software — is the exclusive intellectual property of avc8 or its licensed third-party providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal recreational betting and gaming purposes. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, publicly display, or create derivative works from any Platform content without the prior written consent of avc8. Any unauthorised use of avc8's intellectual property will result in immediate account termination and may give rise to legal proceedings.

Third-party game content — including game titles, artwork, and audio from Evolution Gaming, Pragmatic Play, Spribe, Ezugi, NetEnt, and Microgaming — remains the intellectual property of the respective providers and is subject to their individual licensing terms.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, avc8 shall not be liable for:

• Any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive losses arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform.
• Loss of funds resulting from unauthorised account access where you have failed to maintain adequate credential security.
• Any interruption, suspension, or termination of Platform availability caused by events outside avc8's reasonable control, including but not limited to power outages, internet service disruptions, third-party system failures, natural disasters, or regulatory actions.
• Decisions made by third-party game providers regarding game outcomes, RNG certification, or game rule changes.
• Losses arising from your reliance on information, odds, or market data displayed on the Platform that subsequently proved inaccurate due to technical error.

In all circumstances, avc8's maximum aggregate liability to any individual player shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that player to their avc8 account in the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit avc8's liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or any other matter where limitation of liability is not permitted by law.

12. Suspension & Termination

12.1 Termination by avc8

avc8 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at any time, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or prohibited conduct as defined in Section 7.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the requested timeframe.
• Receipt of a chargeback instruction from a payment provider.
• Regulatory requirements or instructions from a competent authority.
• Identification of underage gambling or misrepresentation of age.

Upon account closure for breach of Terms, any remaining balance may be forfeited at avc8's discretion. Where account closure is for reasons unrelated to player misconduct, any verified real-money balance will be returned to the player via their registered payment method following completion of applicable withdrawal checks.

12.2 Termination by the Player

You may close your avc8 account at any time by contacting support@avc8.io with a written request. Account closure will be processed within 5 business days. Any outstanding real-money balance at the time of closure will be returned to your registered payment method following completion of standard withdrawal checks. Bonus balances and winnings derived solely from bonus funds are not withdrawable upon voluntary account closure unless the applicable wagering requirements have been fully met.

13. Governing Law

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter or formation — whether contractual or non-contractual — shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. avc8 makes no representation that the Platform is appropriate or available for use in all jurisdictions. It is the player's sole responsibility to ensure that their use of avc8 complies with local laws in their jurisdiction of residence.

Any dispute between you and avc8 that cannot be resolved through avc8's internal complaints process shall be referred to binding arbitration. avc8's complaints process is initiated by contacting support@avc8.io with full written details of the dispute. avc8 will acknowledge all formal complaints within 48 hours and aims to resolve disputes within 14 business days.

14. Changes to Terms

avc8 reserves the right to update, modify, or replace any part of these Terms at any time. The most current version of the Terms will always be available on this page, with the "Last Updated" date revised accordingly. Where changes are material, avc8 will make reasonable efforts to notify registered players via email or in-Platform notification. Your continued use of the Platform following notification of changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

If you do not agree to any modification of these Terms, you must stop using the Platform immediately and contact support@avc8.io to request account closure. avc8 will process your closure request in accordance with Section 12.2.
